Dear MediaTemple

Downtime when a client is trying to reference my site is completely unacceptable. Downtime in the middle of the working day is completely unacceptable. Even scheduled downtime for upgrades as often as you have it is still unacceptable. More than a four-hour response time for support requests is unacceptable.

It is clear to me that MediaTemple is in need of a notice:

Dear MediaTemple,

I give your hosting reliability and support a rating of POOR.

That is all.

I'm open to looking for a new hosting provider. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Receiving a canned email response to my support ticket is not a way to subdue my anger. Customer service fail.
